Attorney Stephenie Jocham on “Your Time with Kim Iverson” Radio Show

CARMEL, IN – January 14, 2010 –Attorney and Mediator, Stephenie Jocham of Jocham Harden Dimick Jackson, PC (JHDJ Law) will be a guest tonight on “Your Time with Kim Iverson” a nationally syndicated radio broadcast which airs locally on WZPL 99.5.  Ms. Jocham is scheduled at 8:30 pm EDST to discuss the hot topic of cyber bullying and free speech.  Her discussion will include examples of cyber bullying and how schools have responded to incidents.  This developing area of law drew media attention in 2009 as the result of several high profile court cases, which Ms. Jocham will share.

CARMEL, IN – January 6, 2010 –Attorney and Mediator, Stephenie Jocham of Jocham Harden Dimick Jackson, PC (JHDJ Law) appeared on Fox 59 Morning News with anchor Ray Cortopassi to discuss the impact of Facebook on divorce.  Recent studies indicate Facebook and social networking are cited as contributing factors in 1 out of 5 divorce cases.  Although Indiana is a “no fault “state where parties do not allege cause for divorce, Ms. Jocham discussed issues attorneys are seeing with Facebook and MySpace in family law cases, especially where custody and parenting matters are concerned.

In addition to working with prospective clients, Amber manages marketing, advertising, business development and public relations for JHDJ Law.  She also serves as Adoption Coordinator for the firm’s Adoption Practice Group, helping birth and adoptive parents find matches in the domestic adoption program.  A 1994 graduate of Indiana University, Amber received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and her paralegal certification (1997). She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Management.

CARMEL, IN – October 8, 2009 – Holly Wanzer, an attorney and domestic mediator at JOCHAM HARDEN DIMICK JACKSON, PC, presented “What You Need to Know About Law School,” at the IU School of Law, Indianapolis.  Holly spoke with students about how to survive the first semester and exams and answered questions from the perspective of an attorney who has been there.  The presentation is part of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s ongoing Help Session for Law Students.  Holly will be presenting on a new topic at an upcoming session in November.
