Recent studies indicate Facebook and social networking are cited as contributing factors in 1 out of 5 divorce cases. Although Indiana is a “no fault “state where parties do not allege cause for divorce, Ms. Jocham discussed issues attorneys are seeing with Facebook and MySpace in family law cases, especially where custody and parenting matters are concerned.

Holly spoke with students about how to survive the first semester and exams and answered questions from the perspective of an attorney who has been there. The presentation is part of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s ongoing Help Session for Law Students. Holly will be presenting on a new topic at an upcoming session in November.
